the brain will loose the glukosa so it will make less the nutrition to brain

  1. to much eat
  1. smoking
  2. consuming sugar over
  3. air pollution
  4. less sleep
  5. close the head when we sleep
  6. less thinking stimulus
  7. using the mind when sick
  8. less communication
